convenient access bakery treats easy access
the location offered convenient access to bryant park. heritage bakery and restaurant were next door offering treats. i found subway access to be easy from the hotel.
the elevators took a while , sometimes i had to wait.

Excellent Staff and Location
front desk staff really good service
The front desk staff was really amazing. Arlette, a concierge member, was an absolute joy. she helped with recommendations and last-minute requests. Her professionalism stood out.
The rooms are somewhat small. That is common in this location. rooms have no fridges, which seems unusual at this price point. availability of ice was also not great. i checked multiple floors, and there were either no machines or machines not working.

the architecture is notably of high quality, made me appreciate the design. i noticed the cleanliness throughout the premises and the availability of nespresso machines in each room which are definitely convenient.

The staff, from the front desk to the doorman, are cute. the employees are attentive. They try to accommodate various requests. room service is available. The restaurant offers excellent food.

la Pecora Bianca is a restaurant with great staff. the hotel has a café nearby, offering delicious pastries. the room service menu provided diverse options, and the quality of the food was excellent.

generally adequate stay
central location yoga mats free water missing fridge noisy air conditioning broken ice machine
the location was great. it was easy to access many attractions. the room included yoga mats which i found thoughtful. i appreciated the free filtered water too.
The room lacked a fridge (i consider this unusual). the air conditioning was quite noisy. It was too loud for comfortable sleeping. i noticed the ice machine wasn't working on several floors.
